Our English lavender essential oil is culinary grade, suitable for baking, cooking or mixology.
 
We grow this variety of lavender because it is high in beneficial terpenes like linalool, linalyl acetate, camphor, limonene, tannin, triterpene, coumarin, cineole, and flavonoids.
 
These compounds have recently been studied more and  a wide variety of helpful properties have been found
